A few years ago, I was playing Division I football, finishing my business degree, and following the path I thought I was supposed to take. But I knew I wanted more out of life than the traditional route.

I found life insurance sales, took a chance on myself, and it completely changed the direction of my life.

At 24, I've been fortunate to build a multi seven figure agency alongside an incredible team, with producers earning $10K to $50K+ per month in commissions.

But what I'm most proud of is the people we're developing along the way.

Do I need sales experience?

No. Most of our top producers had zero sales experience when they started. You get a proven, word for word script, plus daily training and coaching. If you're coachable and willing to work, you can succeed here.

Is this a commission only position?

Yes. It's 100% commission based, plus bonuses, and that's what makes the earning potential unlimited. There's no cap on what you can earn. Our top earners make $50,000+ per month because their income is tied directly to their effort.

Do I need a license?

Yes. Selling life insurance requires a state license. If you don't have one yet, we'll point you to the prelicensing course and walk you through the process.

Which carriers will I work with?

Ignite is contracted with top A rated carriers, including Transamerica, American Amicable, Mutual of Omaha, SBLI, Foresters Financial and Americo.

How quickly can I start earning?

It depends on how quickly you get licensed, how coachable you are, and how consistently you show up. People who treat it like a business from day one ramp the fastest.

What happens on the 15 minute call?

It's a two way conversation. Trace shares what the team looks like and what your day to day would be, and you ask anything you want. He decides if you're a fit, and you decide if it's right for you.
